1． 在客户实验室功用，要求有初步了解的基础上，我公司委派专业实验室家俱设计工程师与客户讨论设计方案。 2． 考虑客户的不同需求，本着“人性化”的原则，设计工程师根据场地空间、造型、安全性、便利性等情况，CAD电脑绘图系统出具设计图及家俱的详细规格，为客户提供更直观、专业的产品建议和布置方案。 3． 与客户商定设计方案后，设计工程师到工地丈量核实尺雨以保证图纸的准确无误。

1．Used in the client laboratory. Based on the elementary understanding, our company will send the professional laboratory furniture design engineer to discuss the designing project with the client. 2．Under the consideration of different requirement of client and based on the principle of “humanity”, the design engineer will give design patterns and detailed specification of furniture using CAD computer plot system according to the field space, sculpt, safety, advantage, and so on. This will provide much direct and professional suggestion of product and setting project for the client. 3．After ensuring the project with the client, the design engineer will go to building site to measure and verify size to guarantee the veracity of the drawings.

售后服务承诺 Acknowledgment of after service

1． 从合同签定之日起一年内，我公司对所提供的产品提供保用及免费维修服务。 2． 从与客户签定到工程交付使用保修期内，将委托项目协调员定期跟踪服务与客户，及时了解客户的使用情况及需求。 3． 在设备使用过程中任何质量问题，公司维修部在接到客户通知后的24小时内作出明确答复，包括更换、维修等。 4． 保修期内出现人为的损坏，我公司负责进行维修，并收取由此产生的维修费用。 5． 产品交付使用后，客户如需要水、电、气路等的改造、维修，我公司将积极配合其部门解决。 6． 对于我公司所售产品，我公司将对其承诺终身有偿维修服务。

1．Our company will provide usage assurance and maintain service free in one year after underwriting the contract. 2．During the guarantying maintain time between underwriting the contract and delivering the project, the project coordinator will track service and the client in regular time and will understand the usage information and requirement. 3．If any quality problem is presented, the maintaining department of our company will give clear answer in 24 hours after receiving the client message, including change and maintenance. 4．If the man-made damage is found during the guarantee time, our company will answer for the maintain and will charge the maintain costs generated by this. 5．Our company will cooperate with the client positively to dissolve the problems of rebuilding and maintaining water, electric and gas lines after the delivery. 6．For our product, our company promises that we will provide a pay-needed maintenance service for life.
